With the build-in 56K bps V.90 modem, it is vital convenient for the users who have no internet access to surf on the internet as well as make a VoIP phone call and it could also be connected to your broadband connection such as ADSL, cable to protect and extend your past investment on internet connection. And in addition to increasing security by enabling encrypted tunnels for all voice traffic between the GIP300D SIP phones and a service provider ‘s SIP server, the VPN feature also eliminates all NAT-traversal issues often experienced with SIP.

The GIP300D increases VoIP security by acting as a PPTP/L2TP VPN client – enabling encrypted tunnels for all voice traffic between the EASY3CALL phones and your service’s provider or your company IP PBX. This enhancement is particularly valuable for security-sensitive country or region. The GIP300D can support dual SIP server registration simultaneously and could be switched to the bank-up line if one line fails to register to the server.
